Students are working hard in class and enjoying writing a beginning researc h paper on one of the fifty states. They have been gathering fun and fasinating facts and have written their outline in class. They are learning that their research paper needs an introduction, a body that has 3 main topics they have chosen, and a good conclusion. Next week after we have talked again about editing our own paper, I will look over them, and they will type their report to turn in for a grade. They are excited about typing this paper. Hope you will take time to read over their rough draft and ask them what they have learned about their state.
